Refund policy

As a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund unless the item you received is damaged. In this case we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your (damaged) item to request a return.

Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. To claim for a damaged item, you just need to provide:

  • proof of the damage - photograph and description.
  • receipt or proof of purchase.

When we have verified the damage with you, we will supply you with a replacement item.

 Returning Damaged Items: We will either:

  • provide a return shipping address and instructions, or
  • ask you to dispose of the damaged item.

Please do not return the item without prior approval as unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.
